Timing breakdowns calculated incorrectly when individual worker threads execute more than one loop for an operation #1

Loops are incorrectly not taken into account when subtracting worker thread time/row values to calculate main thread values.

This leads to incorrect values being produced when a worker thread performs more than one loop.

I believe this became possible in postgres v11.

Fixed in commit 742387ab7019e61e9cf9f43bf1fbdb04cfc0b7e6, deployed at 9:49 24/6/19
