I do fresh install (~/.ccnet and ~/.seafile-client folders are removed before install) of seafile version 4.3.1 on Ubuntu 12.04 AMD64 (without GUI) and use seaf-cli client for init and sync libraries.
I configure all like in manual https://seacloud.cc/group/3/wiki/seafile-cli-manual/

mkdir ~/.seafile-client # create the settings folder
seaf-cli init -d ~/.seafile-client # initialise seafile client with this folder
seaf-cli start
seaf-cli sync -l xxxxxx -s https://seacloud.cc/ -d /myfolder -u mylogin -p mypass

And after this seafile create new ~/.ccnet and ~/.seafile-client folders with files.

After this all sync works well, but in ~/.ccnet/logs/seafile.log i see the errors:

And error "Couldn't prepare query, error:1->'no such table: Certs'" is repeating very often.
What does this error mean and can I work with ignoring this error, or something is broken?

This error message won't affect functionality. With GUI client, the
seaf-daemon will try to load user accepted certificates. With a CLI client,
the cert database is not created, while the daemon still tries to load it.
