[server 2.0] Change shared sub-folder Name

In Seafile server 1.8 we can change name of a sub-library but not in 2.0

We will add the feature of sub-library back in v2.1. The new plan is to add
an option in settings page. For advanced users, they can turn sub-library
on. For beginners, the concept of sub-library will be hide.
