After installing Xubuntu using Wubi on a Windows 10 machine (UEFI), no boot menu appears after reboot and the PC boots straight into Windows 10.

#15 is a similar issue.

In short summary: In UEFI mode Wubiuefi uses UEFI boot menu. see wiki.

Wubiuefi sets a timeout of 10 seconds for UEFI boot menu by default, but some UEFI firmwares ignore that setting. If your firmware ignores that setting you should be able to press special keys to display the UEFI boot menu. The matching keys should be described in the manual of your computer.

Another method is to change UEFI boot menu with programs like EasyUEFI.
