halbuilder-core: wrong withLink argument order in README example #23

example is currently:

.withLink("/todo-list/search;{searchterm}", "td:search")
.withLink("/todo-list/description", "td:description")

should be:

.withLink("td:search", "/todo-list/search;{searchterm}")
.withLink("td:description", "/todo-list/description")

Add the halbuilder-style-tile to the maven poms, this introduces
standard compiler settings, code formatting checks/reformatting,
pom sorting/tidying, and artefact cleanups.
