My ~/.clojurepyhist file is almost 400Mb.
Looks like it's growing exponentially each session by appending a duplicate + the new history you just typed.
I tried duplicating this w/ the current master and was not able to.
It's odd, no doubt. I use rlwrap all the time and have never ran into this problem.
It could be because clojure.main.main calls enable_readline, and clojure.py also calls enable_readline, before then running clojure.main.main. Removing the call to enable_readline in clojure.py would fix it (there was a pull request a few days ago that made clojure.main call enable_readline, so I guess it's needed in there for some reason).
Stop .clojurepyhist doubling every run, fixes #80
