Token 的刷新有着严重的问题，需要一个同步机制，来刷新 token，否则直接跳转至 login 路由。

该初步方案只能解决部分问题，不过大体思路是正确的，对于并发请求问题仍然是无法解决。

halo-admin 中已经完美解决了该问题。
