MDM search expansion not working for golden records

Describe the bug
I have a Patient resource (Patient/126895) that has a golden record Patient/5965202.
Source patient (Patient/126895) has 2 coverages. When I try to find the coverages using the golden record it returns zero.
Request: GET https://cdr-dev.cardinalinnovations.org/fhir-request/Coverage?beneficiary:mdm=Patient/5965202

Expected behavior
Expected behavior is to have the query return anything related to the source resources. In the example above the query would return 2 coverages.
