Describe the issue
Currently Bulk Operations are currently not partition aware. As a result when an $Import request is submitted, the request is applied to all partitions and the resulting binary resources are only accessible via the DEFAULT partition.

The request is to change the current functionality so that when an $Import request is submitted for a particular partition, only the specified partition will have data written to.

  • HAPI FHIR Version: 6.5.0
  • OS: MacOS
  • Browser: chrome
