When bulk export job completes, the progress is less than 100% #4860

Describe the bug
When a batch 2 $export job completes successfully, its progress is set to less than 100%

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. start hapi-fhir
  2. enable Bulk Export setting on the persistence module
  3. create some patients
  4. POST /$export

Expected behavior
The progress should display as 100%

Environment (please complete the following information):

  • HAPI FHIR Version: 6.6 release branch
