Uploading large vocabulary through the upload-external-code-system command fails

Trying to upload loinc 2.72 with the $upload-external-code-system command will result in the following error:
HAPI-1861 Failed to parse JSON encoded FHIR content: String length (20046491) exceeds the maximum length (20000000)
