Description

Required upgrade to Clinical Reasoning version within Hapi-Fhir to version 3.15, which contains several breaking changes to existing api's in the cr-module.

• Update to Java 17
• IgRepository documentation
• Bug fixes for CQL to FHIR conversion
• Bug fixes for $populate
• Enhancements to artifact packaging

dQM

• No longer error out for INDIVIDUAL reports for multiple SDEs
• Eliminate total denominator and total numerator extensions as well as all related code in favour of denominator and numerator
• Ensure many cases of user error are now correctly returning HTTP status code 400 instead of 500
• Support query organization subjects by managing organization and optionally partOf organization if MeasureEvaluationOptions.SubjectProviderOptions.isPartOfEnabled is true
