405 Method Not Allowed should provide an argument for specifying "Allow" header #132

According to the HTTP 405 spec:

The response MUST include an Allow header containing a list of valid methods for the requested resource.

It seems like Boom.methodNotAllowed([message], [data]) should provide an additional argument, [allow], which does just this.
