npm ERR! Exit status 1 when threshold is not met #351

Possible duplication of #95.

I was getting an npm ERR! Exit status 1 when using lab -t 100 and having less than 100% coverage.

Being that this was my first test, I wanted to see the output. After seeing the error message, I went to the internet to search for the cause of the problem and couldn't find anything leading.

I then went to the IRC Channel and Marsup was able to quickly point me to "coverage". When I adjusted the threshold to 10 the error went away. After a quick discussion, I see the need for exit(1) when below the threshold, but documentation could be very helpful when presented with an ominous npm error messages.
