Client requests fail if the request response takes longer than heartbeat timeout #93

Any server message that takes over 30 seconds to transmit over the wire will trigger the heartbeat timeout and the websocket to close.

Heartbeat timeout should be disabled while a message is being received over the wire. Or otherwise low level socket data event should reset the timeout.
