We limit ourselves to those commands which might be useful for the users, and the pg_autoctl do show and pg_autoctl do pgsetup commands seem to fall right in that bag.

This PR adds a dedicated manual page for each of the pg_autoctl commands, and fixes some of the option help strings, and some other option parsing infelicities.
