Changes
Porting over the docs from our internal proxy debugging docs into the github repo.
We recently had to share some of this with a customer to debug issues so seeing as it's proved useful we should have it documented here for others to use going forward.
Ideally we can add solutions to this Common Issues section going forward for any install issues we've seen and helped resolve.
