Changes
Make one set of tests use HTTPS mode so we can get this functionality e2e tested going forward.
This will run:
against a relay proxy running with https enabled.
They can also be run locally without needing to trust the test certs because we setup a custom http client with a certificate authority that trusts our test cert in the test code.
