A set of docker images for R/Rstudio with keras/tensorflow-gpu support.

Heavily based on rocker-org images (https://github.com/rocker-org)

REQUIREMENTS

docker-ce

nvidia-docker (NOT REQUIRED Anymore)

Add the package repositories

Install nvidia-docker2 and reload the Docker daemon configuration

nvidia-base-r: the last base r distribution from CRAN

nvidia-rstudio: the last rstudio-server version

nvidia-base-r-keras: the last base r distribution from CRAN plus keras/tensorflow-gpu

nvidia-rstudio-keras: the last keras/tensorflow-gpu
