dexnet-ar

The official repository of ICRA 2020 paper Dex-Net AR: Distributed Grasp Planning Using a Commodity Cellphone and Augmented Reality App

  • This repo only contains the vision part of the project. The grasping control portion of the project was done using Dex-Net 4.0. For the best results, please try to retrain Dex-Net based on AR point cloud data.
  • The point cloud recorder is based on this repo https://github.com/CurvSurf/ARKitPointCloudRecorder
  • Requirements:
    • Make sure your iPhone/iPad runs iOS 11+, which supports AR Kit 2.
