This is similar to issue #197.

In the notes for #197, it states:

There's nothing about the controls that implies to a user that order is important and there's no way for a user to easily change order without removing a bunch of items and re-adding them."

However, when items are multi-selected, they are added to the list of selected items in the order that they were selected. To me, this implies to the user that order of selection is important.

I think what would be ideal is that when an item is selected, it should be inserted into the selected item list in the same relative order in which it appears in the option list. This would prevent the user from making any assumptions that selection order would be preserved (which I think is what led to the requests similar to that in ticket #197).

As I mentioned in #197, I disagree. Adding an item to the end of a list makes sense to a person. Adding at seemingly arbitrary points will be more confusing. I've never seen a person have a problem with the order Chosen adds in.
