Windows Installer: 1.5.0 compatibility error on 32-bit systems

Steps to reproduce

1. Use the 32-bit version of Windows 7
2. Install vagrant 1.5.0 using the installer linked on the official download page (i.e. this installer)
3. Open the Windows Command Prompt
4. Run vagrant in any way (tested with a {{vagrant up}} in a project directory containing a vagrant file)

Error description

On the prompt, following error message is shown:

This version of C:\HashiCorp\Vagrant\bin\vagrant.exe is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need a x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher.

Affected versions

• 1.5.0 is affected
• 1.4.3 is not affected
