Use -Wmissing-home-modules starting from ghc-8.2.1 when building a library. The relevant Trac issue: https://ghc.haskell.org/trac/ghc/ticket/13129

The idea is to warn user about modules, not listed neither in exposed-modules, nor in other-modules.
