Description
Introduces a
MeetupMapPopovercomponent that displays the active meetup's name on hover over the map. The popover follows the cursor, is styled with abg-neu-0background andborder-neu-100border, and is only visible when hovering the map. An end-to-end test verifies the popover's appearance on marker hover.
