Validate connection to hastic-server #145

If you connect to something which you consider as "hastic-server" and it return an answer, than it might be not a hastic-server, but something which just returns a response with 200 code

We could also check if it is a proper server version
e.g. if we're using app with 0.2.7 version - server should be 0.2.7-alpha

It is even more actual after #120
Because panel thinks that hastic-server is always available when using Grafana as proxy
