When REST endpoint is configured for the new AdvancedNetworkConfig then REST service is not working.

Following NPE is printed to the HZ log:

[TcpIpConnection] hz._hzInstance_1_dev.IO.thread-in-0 - [127.0.0.1]:11000 [dev] [3.12-SNAPSHOT] Connection[id=1, /127.0.0.1:11004->/127.0.0.1:43986, qualifier=EndpointQualifier{type='REST'}, endpoint=null, alive=false, type=NONE] closed. Reason: Exception in Connection[id=1, /127.0.0.1:11004->/127.0.0.1:43986, qualifier=EndpointQualifier{type='REST'}, endpoint=null, alive=true, type=NONE], thread=hz._hzInstance_1_dev.IO.thread-in-0

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Add serverSocketConfig.enableAllGroups(); after this line -
  2. Run AdvancedNetworkIntegrationTest and stop it on line
    assertLocalPortsOpen(MEMBER_PORT, CLIENT_PORT, WAN1_PORT, WAN2_PORT, REST_PORT, MEMCACHE_PORT);
  3. Try REST by curl -X GET -i 'http://127.0.0.1:11004/hazelcast/rest/management/cluster/version' - you will get curl: (56) Recv failure: Connection reset by peer and mentioned above NPE
