The menu doesn't show also for other (random?) posts on the feed. Looks like some new Facebook feature (protection?) – href is added to permalink in a mouseover event.

Some of the HTML attributes of an element containing the permalink suggests it is a "test" – will revisit this issue some time later and see if it's still applicable. For now the workaround can be used: just click on the permalink (post creation date) and select the screenshot option from the post menu on the single post page.
