Création du projet de base Laravel pour NSA.
Création du GIT pour le projet et différents tests clone au sein des membres du groupe.

Création faite. Suite à un clone :

Mettre à jour les librairies composer (composer install)
Copier le fichier .env.example en .env
Changer le nom de la base de données
Créer une clé avec la commande : php artisan key:generate
