Dynamic CSS classes make the class string longer and longer #226

If a browser window's size is changed, the "gt-" classes are added and removed dynamically. The class string, as seen in Chrome Developer Tools, gets longer and longer. Empty space is added to the string each time the window size changes.

Hey nice catch ! I've always used FF to debug and seems like FF removes those empty spaces

Included in .99 and wip-1.0 now ..just have get copy from /dist folder for now
