graticule labels #19

graticule labels for longitude and latitudes in different projections would be nice. need not be rotated, though rotation may make it easier to avoid unwanted overwrites, while viewing the map from a pole [rot=(0,90)] for example.

see an example using directly matplotlib instead of hp.mollview:

this should be ported to healpy at some point.
