Keyboard Navigation when in FullScreen

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
 It will be great it we could move the map using the arrow keys when in 
FullScreen

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
 Very useful for those out there who do not like the mouse!!

To keep consistency with google maps I will follow:
Keyboard shortcuts  
- Pan left, right, up and down with the arrow keys. 
- Pan wider with the Page Up, Page Down, Home and End keys. 
- Zoom in and out with the plus (+) and minus (-) keys.
