[WIP] More Export Lists

At StuStaCulum we need more lists in PDF-Version to work on them at different places - and to be more water-proof.

I have added them as LaTeX templates, which makes it really easy to add even more, by just providing additional templates.

This should be seen as a suggestion, I think to make it generally usable it should be made much more generic (like not hardcoding drink/food-stamps and two kind of shirts!)

I fear our requirements to the lists are now too much diverging from what is easily mergeable.
Can you look at our lists, that we generate (https://github.com/Tomatower/helfertool/tree/master/registration/templates/registration/tex).

• Lists for the "Shirt" gifts (Helper shirts and beerteam-shirts)
• Lists for all Helpers where they have to sign
• Lists with all details of all helpers
• Lists with gifts, ordered by Ressort, then by Day
• Lists with gifts, ordered by Day, then by Ressort

I want to contribute as much of it as possible into upstream!
