Playtime metronome is delayed if project resample mode is "r8brain free"

Should probably choose a fixed resample mode for the metronome or not use resampling there at all.

Yeah, need to use resampling because REAPER allows to use custom samples. So a hard-coded resample mode it is (the REAPER default one).
