The "Show First FX on this Track" button should always put the FX window on top on PLaytime when clicked

Describe the bug
Clicking on the "Show First FX on this Track" button brings the FX window on top but when i click anywhere on the interface of Playtime it gets hidden again in the back, then i click the button "Show First FX on this Track" again and nothing happens cause it is still hidden in the back

To Reproduce
Same as abaove

Expected behavior
This button should work similar to the Show Reaper FX chain cause when i click that the pop up windows always goes on top of the playtime interface.
