Playtime 2 crash when dragging tracks

Describe the bug
I get a crash when I drag tracks in playtime to change their order

To Reproduce

1. new project, add two tracks
2. add playtime 2 using toolbar button
3. exchange tracks order by dragging horizontally first track to the right (dragging the track's name on the mixer)
4. playtime crash, see log below

Hi @ElVicente. I just wanted to investigate this but can't reproduce it using your instructions.

It looks like the actual "error message" (normally on top of the backtrace) is missing in your report. Any chance you can recreate the error and let me know the error message?

Cool thanks! Ah that's how you meant it! Dragging the column in Playtime mixer. I thought the track in the REAPER mixer.

Similar possible error when reordering columns: removal index (is 7) should be < len (is 7). Fixing.
