Non-integer matrix recording duration length doesn't seem to work.

Describe the bug
Setting the matrix recording duration not equal to integer bars (like 22/4) doesn't seem to work: the recording ends immediately at start.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to matrix settings
2. Set the recording length to some custom non-integer value like 22/4.
3. Set limit the recording
4. Try to record something.

Expected behavior
It works.

Occasionally it worked, but most of the time it just stops at the beginning.
