#153 Feedback: Take target values directly from event if possible

- Makes it possible to immediately capture the values without deferring
  to the next main loop cycle.
- This was possible before but querying the targets at event emission time
  can result in incorrect (not-yet-updated) values. This was especially
  visible in the ReaLearn demo project "Add resonance" push encoder.
- Saves resources because target doesn't have to be queried.
