While it is already possible to enable/disable ReaLearn instances by using the "FX: Enable/disable" target, a ReaLearn-specific target would be more convenient. In analogy to "ReaLearn: Enable/disable mappings", we could use tags to identify and switch on/off multiple instances at once, providing a quite intuitive way to switch between completely different setups or to add setups on top of the existing one.
