Novation SL MKIII display support

Hi Benjamin,

The idea is to integrate the Novation SL MKIII midi controller natively in to Realearn because the midi feedback for the 5 displays and the 8 endless rotaries (with banks) would be a very cool feature! And of course the rest of knobs and faders too :)

I use the SL MKIII controller at the moment with the DrivenByMoss script and this working very nice with plugins in combination with the diplay but its not really configurable and Im pretty sure with Realearn there are way more flexibility so I hope you can integrate the display in to Realearn.

I don't have this keyboard, but I find it interesting. The documentation is excellent. Did anyone experiment to get the screen displays working with the current ReaLearn text and value feedback features?

First outcome: A Lua script for the "MIDI script" source (kind "Lua")

Remarks:

• This script needs to be adjusted accordingly, depending on screen, layout, object, etc. These things are explained in the PDF linked by vonglan.
• There's a small bug in the current "MIDI script" source implementation that makes this script fail if no color is set (next to the textual feedback text expression). I will fix this in upcoming ReaLearn version v2.15.0 (probably published tomorrow).

I'm going to update this script from time to time whenever I have improvements. I want to add more scripts, e.g. for setting the LEDs with RGB color support.

@Funkjunk You are welcome to experiment with these scripts. I will probably not add a built-in display type for this keyboard right away. I will do it at a later point when we gained enough experience by using the Lua scripts (which do the job as well, are slightly more difficult to use, but provide the advantage of being extremely configurable).
