Playtime: MIDI recordings with start timing "Immediate" might play in wrong tempo

When recording new MIDI clip with start timing "Immediate", "Sync to project tempo" setting "Auto" produces unexpected result. The result will play in the wrong tempo because syncing to project tempo is auto-disabled.
