Playtime: Improve and fix manual export of clips/rows/matrix to arrangement

Bug: Non-looped clips are written looped to arrangement when doing manual export of matrix

Annoyance: Respecting the time selection for length is good, but it's counter-intuitive to then insert items at the cursor position. Better insert them at the start of the time selection.
