Notes triggered twice when using MIDI overdub with input monitoring "auto"

I think it's really a bug (for my part, I don't touch the routing, so I guess I do what anyone would do) because I always get the sound layered twice... Very annoying... a bit like a flanger effect...

Reproduced this. Another symptom is that even when input monitoring is switched off, you will hear yourself playing. What happens is that the playhead captures the newly overdubbed notes and plays them back. I thought I prevented this but looks like not completely. Probably a good opportunity to implement #1033 as well.

I prevent this for good by using a temporary overdub buffer.
