The HIP should be updated to add the cases and the thresholds for location trust score.
This is from the blockchain channel:

  • WiFi heartbeats will have their trust score reduced to 0.25 if their location is more than 3,000 meters (3km) away from any of the hexes in their respective coverage object.
  • The max asserted distance deviation will be increased from 100 meters to 200 meters.
