Reorganizing readme and adding more examples #168

  • Added more sections to the table of contents
  • Added explicit Examples section so devs don't overlook ./examples
  • Added some details on getting support to try to encourage posting issues on GitHub
  • Reordered some CustomerEntries by most commonly used first and least used last
  • Added some additional scenario-based examples to the Create Conversations readme. They're using GitHub's expandable sections... I'm not too excited about how it's organized visually, but it works...
