- Added installation of Amiga OS 3.9 from CD0: and iso using filedisk.device and amicdfs.

- Updated self install to autodetect workbench 3.1 adf from WORKBENCHDIR and extract system files to automate self install and avoid inserting workbench 3.1 disk.
- Added launch scripts to handle when hstwb installer is being used for the first time.
- Updated setup and run script to support both FS-UAE and WinUAE emulators, which are autodetect and configure emulator menu using setup script.
- Added build eab whdload pack install script to extract and install demo and game lha and zip files.
