Add user preference for resign_threshold #133

It is possible to configure Fuego with a threshold how quickly it will resign a game:

uct_param_player resign_threshold <value>

This should be made into a GTP engine profile setting. I have had a few requests by users where the existence of such a setting would have been useful:

  • One user wanted to know if it is possible to play a game "to the end" - in his estimation Fuego resigned too quickly
  • One or three people reported a "bug" that they cannot play a 9x9 game with a large handicap - Fuego in this case always resigned immediately.

Upon further research, it becomes clear that Fuego uses different values for resign_threshold depending on the board size. Little Go should replicate this capability.

In addition, Fuego has a second property resign_min_games which also needs to be taken into account.

add support for Fuego properties resign_min_games and resign_threshold (
closes #154)

the changes in this commit also form the basis for implementing #133
