Interactive UI elements are not disabled while stone-placing gesture is in progress #243

When the user starts a stone-placing gesture (i.e. the cross-hair becomes visible), all the other interactive UI elements (buttons etc.) remain enabled. For instance, while the gesture is in progress, the user can tap the "Computer play" button or change the board position.

The correct behaviour, expected throughout the code, is that a user can do only one thing at a time. The fix for this therefore must be to disallow any other interaction while the stone-placing gesture is in progress.
