Initial Ulix release aka "Hello World"

This is the initial public release of Ulix as described in the dissertation "The Design, Implementation and Evaluation of the ULIX Teaching Operating System" (FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, 09/2015). Fetch the PDF file to read the ULIX book or check out the whole project, but please note that it is very likely that the Makefiles will not work with your system and that you may need to get lots of additional software to have it compile.
