This is Perl module metacpan-growler.

INSTALLATION

metacpan-growler installation is straightforward. If your CPAN shell is set up,
you should just be able to do

 % cpan metacpan-growler

Download it, unpack it, then build it as per the usual:

 % perl Makefile.PL
 % make && make test

Then install it:

 % make install

DOCUMENTATION

metacpan-growler documentation is available as in POD. So you can do:

 % perldoc metacpan-growler

to read the documentation online with your favorite pager.

Since you are using Microsoft Windows, you will need the 'nmake' utility
before installation. It's available at:

 http://download.microsoft.com/download/vc15/Patch/1.52/W95/EN-US/Nmake15.exe
 or

Please download the file manually, save it to a directory in %PATH% (e.g.

that directory, and run "Nmake15.exe" from there; that will create the
'nmake.exe' file needed by this module.
