ObservableItemのdepend.calcが呼ばれない #131

Observable生成時及び依存項目の値更新時に、depend指定されているプロパティのcalcが実行されず、値が更新されない。

テストケースの追加を行いました。
test/h5.u.jsに書いていたObservableItem/Arrayのテストケースを移動させました
